We offer shipping with Royal Mail, DPD and DHL Express.
Please note that Royal Mail International parcels will be handed over to your country’s delivery partner. Your Royal Mail Tracking number is compatible with your country’s shipping service and they will be able to assist you with your order.
You may incur a customs or import tax. Criminal Damage is not responsible for this charge and we are not able to estimate the duties you may pay. If you are prompted to pay a customs fee please resolve the payment with your country’s customs office so you can receive your parcel.

We do not offer free returns postage, however if you request an exchange we will cover the shipping costs of sending your new item(s). Please retain your proof of postage receipt and/or parcel’s tracking number so we can assist you in the case your parcel is delayed or missing.

We do accept returns on sale items, as long as all the tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any swimwear or underwear products, unless the item is faulty.
