How long will my order take to arrive?

The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the country we are shipping to. To get an idea of the estimated delivery time, please check the guide provided next to the pricing information above. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

We advise our customers to follow the information on the tracking website, which we always provide by email after we ship our parcel. This will enable you to track your parcel and stay updated on its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Kindly note that our operations do not run on weekends and bank holidays. If you place an order after 10:00 AM on a Friday, your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day, which is Monday.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

  • We offer shipping with DPD and FedEx.

Will I be charged at customs?

  • At the moment, we do not offer DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) for our shipments. However, we do offer DAP (Delivered at Place) where the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes. This means that customers will need to pay customs fees themselves upon delivery.

RETURNS

How do I return my order?

We want to make sure that our return process is as smooth and easy as possible. To initiate a return, please post your item back to us at the following address:

While we do not offer free returns postage, we are pleased to cover the shipping costs of sending your new item(s) if you request an exchange. To ensure that your return is handled efficiently, please retain your proof of postage receipt and/or parcel’s tracking number in case your parcel is delayed or goes missing.

In order for us to process your return, please complete the return form that you received in your parcel. Be sure to clearly state your refund or exchange request. If you have lost your return form, no worries, you can download one here.

We kindly ask that you return your item(s) back to us within 14 working days. Additionally, please ensure that your item(s) have the tags attached and are in their original condition.

Once we have received your return parcel, we will aim to process it within 7 working days. Please note that during busy periods this may take a little longer.

Can I return sale items, swimwear or underwear?

  • We accept returns for sale items, provided that the tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for swimwear or underwear products, unless the item is faulty.

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 14 working days to return your item(s).

Have you received my return?

We want to ensure that our return process is as transparent as possible. If you have returned an item to us and are curious about its status, please check your return parcel's tracking number. If the tracking number indicates that your parcel has been delivered, please rest assured that we aim to process your parcel within 7 working days.

We understand that waiting for your return to be processed can be frustrating, and we thank you for your patience while we handle your return with care.

 

Refund Policy:

  • All purchases made during the Black Friday promotion, specifically the " 2 for £80, 2 tracksuits for £80" offer, are non-refundable.
  • We understand that circumstances may change, and to accommodate our customers, we offer an exchange-only policy for products purchased under this promotion.

 

Exceptions:

  • This policy is applicable only to purchases made during the Black Friday promotion with the "2 for £100" offer.
  • Regular refund and exchange policies remain in effect for other products not covered by this promotion.
